MBSR Programs
Our formal Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Programs are modeled from the programs developed at The Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Society (CFM) at the UMass Medical School.
MBSR Programs are designed to assist you in taking better care of yourself through guiding you in developing coping skills for the stress in your life. Our programs require a strong commitment towards developing a gentle daily discipline of meditation and relaxation. Please contact me for future program information.
